James has been an active investor/manager in German Property since 1992; Overseeing a complex personal residential portfolio and managing the financial/project areas. He has also extensive operational & commercial experience Internationally at an executive level in the Banking and Securities Markets (Systems & Trading Integration).
He oversees the Strategic and Financial aspects of the Company.
Walter A. Lock (Commercial Director)
Walter has been actively engaged in the local German Property markets for over 10 years. His experience spans time in Property Contract Formation & Execution and Administrative areas as well as Sales & Marketing. He understands the nuances of the German Market from the strength gained by being ‘on-the-ground’ and dealing with all aspects of what is required to complete a successful Project.
